Last week I wasn’t feeling that hot with a head cold as a result I didn’t pin it up all that much. But I did try Dr.Oz’s Tangerine Weight-Orade Recipe. Actually it was quite simple and really yummy. I usually have flavored water in my fridge. And heck, I had all the ingredients on hand.
Cold green tea, orange and mint. (I added lemon, as I tend to add lemon to everything.) It was tasty and has tons of health benefits. I think I will be making this more often than my plain old lemon water!
